By the terms our bylaws:  The Annual Meeting of the Chapter shall be held on the second Wednesday of  May each year, or at such other time as may be established by the Board, at which time new officers will be nominated and elected and take office the following July 1.  Notice of the Annual Meeting shall be posted on the Chapter website and, if other than on the second Wednesday of May, mailed to each member at his or her last known post office address reasonably in advance of the meeting.  Where practical, e-mail notification may be substituted for regular mail.  

It’s been exceedingly difficult to decide if/when/how we can do an annual meeting.  We will NOT be having a May annual meeting.  Tentative plans are that we’ll try for an in-person meeting outdoors sometime in August (following strict COVID protocols); with a backup plan to switch to a Zoom format if needed.  Stay tuned and keep your fingers crossed!
